Founded in 2005, Lachance Immobilier specializes in the design and development of innovative real estate projects on Île-des-Sœurs and downtown Montreal.
Lachance Immobilier was one of the first visionaries in the development and transformation of Griffintown, a very popular district of Montreal today, with an urban project of more than 1,000 units.
Its founder Claude Lachance has been a key player in the redevelopment of Île-des-Sœurs for nearly 30 years. After studying architecture at Laval University, he joined the family real estate development business in the early 1980s and participated in major projects on Île-des-Sœurs such as Les Verrières sur le Fleuve, Le Club Marin, Les Lofts du Golf and many more. Innovative in its DNA, Lachance Immobilier was the first in Eastern Canada to successfully convert a commercial building into residential apartments. Lachance Immobilier also designed, developed and launched an apartment-hotel style hotel in the heart of Griffintown. A trusted partner, Lachance Immobilier is recognized in the industry for talent, efficiency and commitment.
